Weiss Ratings Reveals Annual Outlook on Crypto, Ranks Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, EOS and 100+ Altcoins

Weiss Ratings just released its annual outlook on the current state of the crypto market. When adjusted for “risk and reward factors”, the agency’s overall crypto rankings gives EOS, XRP, Bitcoin and Binance Coin a “B-“, and says no coins earn an “A”.

In terms of the “best combination of technology and adoption”, the agency names XRP as the number one crypto, giving XRP, EOS and Bitcoin an “A”, Ethereum an “A-” and Cardano, Steem, NEO, Zcash, Litecoin and Stellar a “B+”.

According to Weiss, XRP is best positioned to compete with the global financial messaging network Swift. EOS is the leading cryptocurrency challenging Ethereum, and Bitcoin is likely to become a popular store of value.

Weiss Rankings has provided financial market research and analysis for consumers and businesses for more than three decades, and released its first crypto rankings in January of 2018.
