Crypto News Flash: Ethereum (ETH), NEO, Nano, Tron (TRX), Stellar (XLM), Cardano (ADA)

From Ethereum roadmap updates to an outpouring of support by the Nano community, here’s a look at some of the stories breaking in the world of crypto.

Stellar

Crypto wallet apps are now allowed to carry Stellar on iOS. BlockEQ and Morph are already available in the App Store, and Lobstr is set to debut on July 10th.

Ethereum

The Ethereum Foundation’s Justin Drake says sharding will likely be rolled out in 2020. The technology is designed to separate large databases into smaller and faster parts to improve scalability.

Tron 

Tron has announced all 10 winners of its developer incentive contest. Each developer will receive $20,000 to create DApps on the new Tron blockchain.

NEO

The team at NEO dropped a mysterious tweet teasing “NEO 3.0” that has people guessing what its next announcement may be. The tweet says “From Antshares to NEO, step by step, the vision of Smart Economy is becoming a reality. The launch of NEO 3.0 will be a major milestone in this process.”

Cardano

The team at Cardano says it’s working on a partnership with an unnamed company to create a new wallet app that will complement its Daedalus universal wallet. A detailed announcement is expected to drop in August.

Nano

The Nano community is coming together to raise funds for a man in need in Venezuela. The man posted a story on Reddit about his country’s troubled economy and excitement over receiving his first 0.5 Nano from a friend. Fellow Redditors convinced him to post his wallet address and have since donated more than 418 Nano, worth about $1,133.
